What we collect, and nothing else
This site collects nothing without your knowledge. There is no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics tool, and no data is ever sold.
The contact and quote forms record what you type into them: name, organisation, email address, phone, wilaya, range concerned, subject, message and, for a quote, the list of selected products. Only the name, email address and message are required; the other fields are optional and serve only to prepare a useful reply.
Newsletter sign-up records the email address and which form was used, nothing more.
Your IP address is read when a form is submitted, to cap the number of submissions per hour, and for that reason alone. It is not stored in the database.

Why we keep it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and handle the commercial and technical follow-up that flows from it. Enquiries are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for business traceability.
Who can see it
Enquiries are stored in a restricted database, readable only from the internal dashboard after authentication.
A notification is sent to the sales team over Telegram as soon as an enquiry arrives, to shorten response time. It repeats the form content and therefore passes through that service.
No data is passed to any other third party, for any purpose.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets a single cookie, which remembers the language you chose so it can serve it again on your next visit. It cannot identify you and does not track your browsing, here or anywhere else.
Products you add to a quote request stay in your browser (local storage): nothing is sent until you submit the form, and the list is cleared once it has been sent.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@medicben.com. Please quote the email address used in your original enquiry so we can locate it.
